What we do
Installation
Radiant floor loops, panel radiators, baseboard, snow-melt, DHW combi. We size to the actual load, spec the right circulator pumps, and commission with a full startup report.
Combustion analysis on every install. Condensate handling, venting, and gas train all to current CSA and BC gas code.
Maintenance
Heat exchanger flush, burner cleaning, condensate trap, expansion tank, safety relief, gas pressure. Skip it and you shorten the life of a $10-15K piece of equipment by years.
Repair
Lockouts, low-flow errors, cold zones, banging pipes, DHW pressure loss. Boilers throw error codes that look scary but usually point to something specific. We read the codes and fix the root cause.
