The owner
We started Titanium because too many HVAC jobs were getting done backwards.
Most contractors sized off a rule of thumb, swapped equipment for whatever was on the truck, and left the homeowner with a stack of brochures. Then a few years later — call after call to fix what should have been right the first time.
We built Titanium to be the opposite of that. One crew. One owner who answers the phone. Every job sized properly, every install photographed, every system warrantied in writing. That’s the standard. We don’t move on until the job hits it.
Today we work residential and commercial across the Lower Mainland — Vancouver, Surrey, White Rock, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, and out to North and West Van for the right project.
How we work
Four things we won’t cut.

Owner-run.
The same person who quotes the job is on the truck for the install. No subbing out, no bait-and-switch. The relationship lasts past the warranty.

Engineered, not estimated.
Every system is sized with a heat-load calc and a static-pressure check. We won’t quote off a square-footage rule of thumb.

Documented.
Photo log of every install. Load report, equipment sheets, commissioning record — handed to you. The next contractor (or insurer) can read what we did.

Warrantied.
Written warranty on workmanship. Annual maintenance plans available. We pick up when you call.
Credentials
Licensed, certified, accountable.
The paperwork that lets us touch your gas line, your refrigerant, your panel — and the manufacturer warranties that come with the install.
